What types of knives do you specialize in?
We specialize in premium hunting knives (including brands like Buck, Gerber, Havalon, Kershaw, Schrade, and TOPS) and tactical knives (including automatic knives, fixed blades, folding knives, and karambit knives). We also offer American-made knives, ceramic knives, and everyday carry (EDC) knives.
Are your knives suitable for professional use?
Absolutely. Our knives are trusted by military personnel, survival experts, and professional hunters. We select only premium blades that meet the rigorous demands of tactical operations and outdoor expeditions.
Do you carry American-made knives?
Yes, we have a dedicated American Made Knives category featuring quality blades manufactured in the USA, including several of our hunting knife brands.
Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account. This allows you to track orders, save payment methods (for faster checkout), and view your order history.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly (within 1-2 business days). If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We offer global delivery to most countries, excluding certain Asian nations and select remote regions due to international regulations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, contact our shipping experts.
What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two reliable shipping methods:
1. Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
Our Kentucky-based team processes all orders within 1-2 business days before shipment. Expedited processing is not currently available.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
All customs and import fees are calculated at checkout for complete transparency. There are no surprise fees upon delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure transactions.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions. You can also choose PayPal for an additional layer of security.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Contact our customer service to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The timing depends on your financial institution.
Product Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my knife?
Each knife comes with care instructions. Generally:
– Keep blades clean and dry
– Regularly oil moving parts on folding/tactical knives
– Store in a dry place
– Sharpen as needed using appropriate tools
Do you offer sharpening services?
We currently don’t offer sharpening services, but we can recommend quality sharpening tools available in our store.
