Returns & Exchanges Policy
At EOSS Knives Shop, we stand behind the quality of our tactical and hunting knives just as our military and outdoor professional customers stand behind our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- A copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase must be included
Important Exceptions:
For safety and legal reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Automatic Knives (Tactical) – Due to state-specific regulations
- Ceramic Knives – Due to their fragile nature and specialized sharpening requirements
- Any item that shows signs of use, modification, or damage not present at time of shipment
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery
- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Exchange Process
Follow the same steps as the return process, but clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the replacement item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- In some cases, we may require return of the damaged item for quality control purposes
